Capital: Shilalama

Often called the Dream People by other tribes, the Roselane are a tribe of mystics who have control over dreams and visions of the future, while solutions to waking-life problems may be interpreted from their dreams. Their most respected hara are the most influential dreamers and are known as the Frodinne. These hara have incredible control over their dreams and can even influence the future, in some cases, by dreaming it.

Roselane harlings are taught from an early age how to confront enemies or objects of fear in their dreams and overcome them. On reaching feybraiha, all Roselane hara have learned this technique. If, at this stage, they appear to be unusually proficient at dream control, they may be trained further to join the ranks of the Frodinne. Otherwise, they will take up some other profession, using their dream powers only for personal benefit.

It is said that the most powerful Frodinne spend most of their lives asleep, dreaming, although periodically they may take holidays from this function, when they are termed as being 'on adinne'. Some Frodinne have achieved remarkable fame in the country of Jaddayoth, and hara travel from afar to seek their advice. The most celebrated of these Frodinne is Edolie the Ighted, who has dreamed for many of the royal houses of Jaddayoth. Few hara outside of Roselane have ever seen Edolie the Ighted.

The Roselane share their territory with the Kamagrian, who have their headquarters in Shilalama, the capital town of Roselane. Little is known about these people and it is unclear whether they are a separate tribe or an offshoot of the Roselane.

Although privacy is a byword in Roselane, visitors are not discouraged. However, since other Roselane settlements may be less inclined to be interrupted by travellers, it is advisable to head for Shilalama.
